Being her student is a privilege, and also somewhat of good luck, because there is only one Marién.
Yoga elevates your mood and metabolism, and places you in a positive and productive frame of mind, yet with Marién as the provider, these are but a few of the benefits. Her teaching is a “giving” process where you receive not only aspects of good health, but also connectedness with what is often overlooked in an exercise program, love. The love she directs towards each of her students is uniquely hers, and perhaps the best benefit of all. She loves teaching Yoga and this is a natural talent and a special aspect of her personality. You can feel that energy as her student. I have been to several classes and I can say without restraint that Marién is the very best yoga teacher I have ever had the pleasure of studying under. She can read each student in the class as an individual, and whether you are feeling strong or week that particular day, do not miss out, her classes have a universal pace where you can push yourself to the limit, or take a gentle approach.
Her classes have a rhythm that is never boring, there is wit, laughter and even tears on occasion. The time goes by quickly, however she is not a clock-watcher. Time actually
seems to disappear in her class and you will experience being in-the-moment.
I highly recommend Marién, if you are lucky enough to meet her, and you recognize that, and join in on one of her classes.
